About Sagar Darshan Guest House, Somnath
Sagar Darshan Guest House, also known as Sagar Darshan Atithi Gruh, is a sea facing guest house managed by Shree Somnath Trust on Somnath Mandir Road in Prabhas Patan.

A place to rest, close to the Jyotirlinga
Sagar Darshan means a view of the sea. The name is a plain description: every room in the guest house faces the water.
The guest house stands on Somnath Mandir Road in Prabhas Patan, about 400 m from the Somnath Jyotirlinga temple. For most guests that distance is the whole point. You can walk to the 7:00 AM aarti, come back for breakfast, rest through the hottest part of the day and walk over again for the 7:00 PM aarti and the light and sound show at 7:45 PM, without once looking for a taxi.
There are four categories of room, from the Premier Room at ₹3,400 a night to the 4 Bed Suite Room at ₹5,000, all of them sea facing. The restaurant is pure vegetarian and closes at 11:00 PM. There is a lift, parking, power backup, solar hot water, free Wi-Fi and a reception that is open around the clock.
Managed by Shree Somnath Trust
Sagar Darshan is one of the pilgrim facilities managed by Shree Somnath Trust, the trust that administers the Somnath temple. The Trust publishes the tariffs and facilities that this website repeats, and its own website, somnath.org, carries official Trust bookings and pilgrim information. Where anything on this site differs from somnath.org or from what the reception confirms, the Trust and the reception are right.
