Super Deluxe Room at Sagar Darshan
Like every room at Sagar Darshan, the Super Deluxe Room faces the sea. Shree Somnath Trust lists it as the category above the Premier Room, at ₹3,800 a night with a refundable deposit of ₹4,500.
We would rather be precise than flattering. The Trust's published tariff describes each room by category, bed count, tariff and deposit; it does not list floor areas or furniture. If the exact layout matters to you, ask the reception and they will describe the room you are being offered.
A stay of two or three nights lets you see Somnath at more than one hour of the day. The beach is about five minutes on foot, Baan Stambh about 600 m, and the Prabhas Patan Museum about 1 km, so the shore and the old town fit easily around the three daily aartis.
Who it suits
Two adults staying a little longer, or anyone who simply prefers the next category up from the Premier Room. As with every room, an extra bed or a cradle can be arranged, and a child above 10 years is charged as an extra person.

The room with 2 beds and its sea facing outlook, running solar hot water, free Wi-Fi, the lift, power backup, parking and the 24x7 reception. Meals are served in the pure vegetarian restaurant.

Credit card, debit card and UPI are accepted. GST is added at billing and the ₹4,500 deposit is refundable.
Honest notes before you book
- Tariffs and deposits are taken from the public Shree Somnath Trust pages and are indicative. Please confirm them when you book.
- The Trust's notes do not mention air conditioning or room sizes. If either matters to you, ask the reception about the specific room.
- Hot water is solar heated. If you need it at a particular hour, mention it at the reception.
- Temple timings can change on festival days. Check at the reception before you set out for an aarti.
- Travelling as four? The 4 Bed Suite Room at ₹5,000 usually works out better than two rooms.
